3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorised to use the payment method

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party providers.

4. Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Fleurieu Bike is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or external disruptions

Risk of loss passes to you once the item is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, available on our website.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Workshop Services

For servicing and repairs:

  • We will take reasonable care when working on your bicycle

  • You acknowledge that mechanical work may uncover additional issues

  • Additional costs will be communicated before proceeding

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your bicycle is safe to ride after collection

  • Following any maintenance advice provided

8. Bookings & Cancellations

For service bookings, mentoring sessions, or programs:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

9. Liability & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Use of products and services is at your own risk

Cycling involves inherent risks. Fleurieu Bike is not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages arising from use of products or services

  • Improper installation or misuse of products

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including:

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Images

  • Branding

is the property of Fleurieu Bike and may not be used without permission.

11. Third-Party Services
